An accounting intern

In the context of your apprenticeship and alongside the Administrative and Financial Manager, you will be progressively trained and supported in the following tasks:

• Prepare and enter routine accounting
• Ensure the review of certain accounts
• Enter bank records
• Prepare payment titles for suppliers, subcontractors, and expense notes
• Perform controls and validations within your area of competence in accordance with internal procedures
• Manage supplier advances and associated miscellaneous operations
• Verify the conformity of invoices (order/receipt/invoice reconciliation)
• Contribute to the reliability of third-party data (creation/modification of suppliers – BP/e Partner)
• Participate in the collection of receivables in conjunction with branches
• Respond to internal requests related to client/supplier issues
• Accounting follow-up of subcontractors
• Justify the balances of third-party accounts
• Manage supplier and client accounting: entry and control of invoices, follow-up of payments, lettrages, and account analysis

You are preparing a Bac +2 / +3 in accounting and wish to develop your skills.

Methodical, organized, and with a good analytical mind, you show curiosity and a desire to learn.
