Customer Service Admin

Trinity Rail Maintenance Services, Inc. is searching for a Customer Service Admin for our Shell Rock, IA office.

What you'll do:

* Prepare and process completed railcars accurately and in a timely manner

* Maintain and update dashboards as completed cars are processed

* Organize documentation by creating folders for inbound railcars daily

* Data entry and upload of all qualifying paperwork into variety of systems

* Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned to support operational efficiency

What you'll need:

* High school diploma and 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role

* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point

* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships

* Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar and professional correspondence

* Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently
