Diamond Vogel is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Mail Delivery Associate to support internal and external mail operations across our Orange City campus. This role plays an important part in keeping communication and materials flowing efficiently between departments and locations.

• Pick up and deliver mail to and from the post office
• Distribute internal and external mail across multiple Diamond Vogel locations in Orange City
• Package, meter, sort, and label outgoing mail
• Maintain organization and accuracy in mail handling processes

• Service-oriented mindset with a positive, team-focused attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with others and share responsibilities as needed
• Comfortable with a physically active role, including walking, stairs, and lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs
