JOB SUMMARY

We are currently in search of an Office Clerk for our Warehouse facility in Humboldt, Iowa.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as business conditions change.

  • Communicate with Sales Staff, Store Staff, Upper Management, Job Site Supervisors, Customers, etc. to ensure delivery date, product availability and services are available on a timely basis.
  • Process transfer orders, key in new sales orders, provide purchase orders for vendors.
  • Turn in purchase orders/invoices needed to be paid.
  • Ordering of all PPE, cleaning and other supplies.
  • Answer phones; greet the public (including walk-in customers, applicants, vendors, etc.).
  • Maintain daily and weekly production reports and coordinate shipment schedule.
  • Administrative duties including Filing, auditing, weekly and yearly inventory, etc.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

The IDEAL CANDIDATE will have the following experience/educational background:

  • At least two years of previous scheduling experience preferred
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively with vendors, customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • General PC familiarity required;
    Ability to use Outlook Email, Word and Excel in daily communication
