This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and comfort working with computer systems.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients by phone
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience
- Maintain and update scheduling systems
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software
