New Way Ford Pocahontas is seeking a motivated and dependable Quick Lube Technician to join our service department. This entry‑level position is perfect for someone passionate about cars and eager to start or grow a career in automotive service. You’ll perform basic maintenance and inspections to keep our customers’ vehicles running smoothly while receiving ongoing training and support to advance your skills.

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services efficiently and accurately
• Check and top off fluids, replace filters, and inspect belts, hoses, and batteries
• Conduct multi‑point inspections and report findings to Service Advisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow dealership and manufacturer maintenance standards and procedures
• Assist technicians with vehicle movement and light shop support as needed
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other team members

• Previous experience in basic vehicle maintenance preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Willingness to learn and participate in manufacturer training
• Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
