- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, drivability concerns, brakes, steering, suspension, HVAC systems, and electrical systems
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information to identify and resolve vehicle concerns
- Perform warranty repairs according to Ford standards and procedures
- Conduct inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs
- Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with service advisors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Ability to efficiently manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ford Certifications
- ASE Certifications
- Previous Automotive Technician Experience
- Diagnostic and Electrical Repair Experience
- Experience with Ford vehicles and manufacturer repair procedures
