Brown’s Sales & Leasing is growing, and we’re hiring Service Technicians to join our Guttenberg team. Whether you’re beginning your automotive career or you’re an experienced GM or Ford technician, we offer the training, and opportunities to help you succeed.

Entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude are welcome—we’re willing to train the right person.
Starting pay varies based on experience, certifications, and productivity.

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and vehicle repairs.
• Identify concerns and recommend the proper repairs.
• Acquire the correct parts needed for each job.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Participate in factory training and ongoing development.

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Positive, coachable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic automotive tools appropriate for your skill level.
• GM or Ford experience is preferred for advanced positions.
• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete a background check and drug screening.
