Warehouse Loading Supervisor Overview

Supervises the daily execution of the Vertique Operation, routes trucks, and transport trucks for a warehouse facility.

• Provide day‑to‑day direction to warehouse employees.
• Complete shipping and handling documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform inventory reconciliation.
• Conduct housekeeping duties.
• Ensure the team is adequately staffed, managed, and trained.
• Load orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide timely service to the sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costs.
• Maintain performance tracking information.
• Oversee all operations in the warehouse (less than 1,500,000 cases of annual sales that are loaded by the facility), including but not limited to Sales Loading, Vertique Operations, Transport Loading, all inventories, and Facility Safety and Security across all shifts and all days (24/7).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Three (3) years supervisory experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and provide training to direct reports.
• Team‑oriented work style.
• Attention to detail.
• Good math skills.
• Able to perform data entry.
• Must work long hours during summer months, some weekends, and holidays as necessary.
