Your Next Challenge
As a Business Specialist & Customer Success, you will support Pluxee partner merchants on all products, all supports, regarding their questions, requests, and issues encountered.
Your missions will be the following:
- Accompany the Merchant Commerce Division in the operational rollout of deals by providing technical and relational after-sales support: account creation, management of affiliations/contracts, support for onboarding journeys, and active participation in outbound call campaigns (up sell/x sell) according to the objectives and challenges of the Merchant and Ops Directorate
- Contribute actively and proactively to the expansion of the acceptance networks of our products: handling of beneficiary transaction failures/BRIC failures, mass integration of connected identifiers, and VAD configuration (including delivery platforms such as Deliveroo/Uber eats)
- Handle and resolve claims from partner merchants related to contractual issues, reimbursement, and invoicing (recovery, reimbursements, discrepancies, overcharges)
- Promote offers and services to their destinations
- Follow up on the demands and challenges of the Merchant and Ops Directorate/Support Directorate according to the evolution of strategic and operational priorities
- Retain partner merchants by offering them optimal service and a differentiating experience while meeting expectations related to the achievement of KPIs and backlog management
Your contacts will be:
- External contacts: all restaurants and merchants already partners of Pluxee or becoming so, including Large Chains, CONECS, Payment Service Providers, CNTR, CR CESU
- Internal contacts:
- Customer Service and Commercial Directorate
- Merchants & Operations Directorate
- Information Systems Directorate
- Administration and Finance Directorate
You have a very good mastery of IT tools:
Office Suite, Salesforce, Genesys
You have excellent skills in managing multi-channel customer relationships (email, web, phone)
Knowledge of questioning and argumentation techniques in retention/loyalty
You have a strong analytical capacity
