Responsibilities
  • You are primarily responsible for consulting our customers about our services and our company.
  • You build customer, prospect, and intermediary relationships and take care of the resulting customer inquiries.
  • You introduce new caregivers to the customer and conduct quality assurance discussions with our customers.
  • You support the administration in document management around our software system, phone calls, and the preparation of customer-specific content.
  • You conduct customer and employee acquisition and design and organize our company events in open consultation with management.
  • You record customer calls, arrange initial consultation appointments, and prepare all customer-specific documents for the service meeting.
  • You receive customer concerns, process them, discuss them with the relevant colleagues, evaluate them, and provide feedback.
Qualification
  • Completed training in the commercial field.
  • Strong customer and people orientation required.
  • High empathy and social competence required.
  • Teamwork, communication, and cooperation skills as well as reliability and discretion required.
  • Sales experience and/or in marketing desirable.
  • Very good German language skills required.
  • Good IT skills required (Windows, Outlook, Office).
  • Confident use of social media.
  • Driver’s license B/BE required.
