This individual plays a critical part in identifying business needs and developing analytical tools, frameworks, and resources that can be deployed broadly across teams to support consistent, high-quality execution.

In addition to overseeing survey design and reporting, this role works closely with leadership and key stakeholders to define research strategies, develop survey programs, and translate data into actionable insights. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking, project development, and structured problem-solving, and requires the ability to take complex or ambiguous requests and translate them into clear, scalable solutions while maintaining a calm, organized, and methodical approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and deploy research, analytics, and scalable resources.
  • Analytical Tool and Resource Development (Approx. 70%) – Translate business needs into structured analytical tools, models, and resources that can be deployed across teams for consistent use.
  • Develop Excel-based models, reporting tools, and frameworks to support financial, operational, and strategic analysis.
  • Take ambiguous or complex requests and build clear, scalable solutions that support decision‑making.
  • Support the design and deployment of resources used broadly across consulting and training initiatives.
  • Contribute to the structure, organization, and usability of internal data and reporting systems.
  • Survey Strategy and Insights Development (Approx. 30%) – Partner with stakeholders to define survey objectives, structure, and deployment strategy aligned with broader business initiatives.
  • Oversee survey design, question development, and execution to ensure insights are relevant, actionable, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Develop reporting outputs including dashboards, summaries, and presentation materials that clearly communicate key findings.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance survey programs through improved design, data integration, and reporting capabilities.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of survey‑related deliverables and processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, research, consulting, or project‑based roles.
  • Experience developing reporting frameworks to support business decision‑making, simple analytical models, and surveys.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical tools, including experience building models, dashboards, or structured outputs.
  • Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics), including survey design, deployment, and reporting, preferred.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to define objectives, prioritize needs, and align outputs with broader business goals.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, medical practice operations, medical aesthetics, or consulting environments is a plus.
