Collaborative Proof Platform Role
The collection and verification of evidence for compliance or sustainability requirements is a significant operational challenge for companies today. Evidence management is often fragmented and manual. Sunhat closes this "proof gap". We are the Collaborative Proof Platform, which transfers scattered data into a central, verified Proof Library. As a strategic interface, you will accompany our enterprise customers on an equal footing.
You combine your deep expertise in the field of ESG with pronounced SaaS product intuition. You understand the pain points of sustainability teams in ratings or audits and ensure that they deeply integrate Sunhat into their daily processes to derive maximum benefit from the platform.
- Implementation & High-Touch Onboarding:
You guide new customers through the process and ensure that Sunhat is perfectly anchored in their organization both technically and procedurally. - Strategic Advisory:
You are a sparring partner for the sustainability teams. You not only explain the platform to them but also actively help them map complex frameworks efficiently in Sunhat. - Adoption & Value Creation:
You analyze platform usage through data and proactively identify obstacles so that users achieve the maximum business benefit (e.g., a better Eco Vadis rating). - Product Influence:
As the "Voice of the Customer", you translate regulatory innovations and customer feedback into concrete impulses for our product team.
- Deep ESG & Compliance Expertise:
You have a deep understanding of modern sustainability frameworks, disclosure standards, and rating systems (e.g., ESRS/CSRD, Eco Vadis, CDP, MSCI, ISS, or ISO standards) and penetrate their data structures. - Customer Success & SaaS
Experience:
You have a clear track record in a customer-centric role (e.g., Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Consulting). You know how to strategically support enterprise customers and drive software adoption in complex large organizations. - Communication & Presence:
You are communicative, proactively engage in exchange, and act confidently in dealing with demanding specialist departments and management. - Analytical Mindset:
Data structures are your thing. You love translating complex regulatory requirements into logical, digital processes. - Languages:
You communicate at C1 level (or higher) in German and English to cover both our core markets and internal communication. French is a plus for our growing market in France.
