Operations Manager
Regenis LLC is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Manager to oversee operation and maintenance activities of one or more renewable energy projects in Iowa, coordinating with subcontractors, directing technicians, performing site maintenance and repairs, and reporting to the Regional Manager.
CompensationThis position pays $90 – $105k per year, depending on experience.

EssentialJob Functions
- Coordinate and schedule project activities to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
- Oversee daily O&M activities of assigned staff and perform hands‑on maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Approve time, invoices, and track project financials, assembling monthly invoices for review, and ensuring timely billing.
- Ensure completion and record‑keeping of site safety processes, performance parameters, and compliance with third‑party verification requirements.
- Provide technical support to O&M staff and maintain accuracy in CMMS.
- Supervise on‑site staff, create work schedules, accommodate vacations, and manage attendance records.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and collaborate with HR and the Regional Manager on compensation and personnel decisions.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new hires, manage staffing needs, and update applicant tracking system.
- Participate in on‑call rotation and daily checklist activities.
- Correspond with Lead O&M Technicians, dairy employees/owners, and project owners as required.
- Manage spare parts and equipment inventories, including purchasing replacement parts.
- Maintain site cleanliness and supervise onsite construction activities when applicable.
- Adhere to assigned work schedule, including nights and weekends, and respond to communication promptly.
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, permits, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Seek assistance as needed, ask questions in a timely manner, and manage small crews.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Consistently meets overall goals of Regenis and performs duties in a timely manner.
- Follows instructions with an appropriate level of self‑direction.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Team‑player who assists in various areas of the business as needed.
- Interacts professionally with subcontractors, vendors, and employees.
- Responsive to inter‑company personnel.
- Computer literate with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Accurately types at least 30 wpm.
- Travel up to 50 %.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Certifications as appropriate.
- Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
