Responsibilities:
The care of an assigned core portfolio of selected, high-potential corporate clients with demanding and complex (sometimes international) consulting needs is part of your tasks, as well as the exploitation and expansion of the customer connections assigned to you.
You are responsible for the value-oriented planning, control and optimization of your customer portfolio with the aim of optimizing wallet and market exploitation, including the application and implementation of regulatory requirements as ACO (Accountable Client Owner) with regard to KYC (Know Your Client) issues.
You independently advise and process the credit business within the framework of applicable processes, while contributing to market development and processing and demonstrating a pioneering role in new customer acquisition. For complex or specialist needs, you draw on colleagues from product areas, specialist consultations or expert teams.
You have in-depth knowledge of products, processes, consulting and decision-making tools and use them appropriately and situationally. You are able to independently identify, acquire and implement complex customer engagements together with specialists.
You actively and independently further your specialist knowledge, specializing in individual target sectors, and ensure the continuous transfer of your knowledge and experience to the sales team. In addition, you have a mentoring function for junior consultants.
You independently identify and acquire new corporate clients and thus strategically expand the existing customer portfolio with suitable target customers. To do this, you generate leads through the use of networks, events, trade fairs and online channels as well as cold calling/social selling as a direct path to success.
Requirements:
You have a banking degree, further qualifications and/or a university degree.
You have several years of successful sales experience and comprehensive knowledge of all sales products of the corporate bank. A local customer network completes your profile.
You have a strong customer, sales and service orientation and the ability to act in a solution-oriented way, showing strong commitment as well as a high degree of initiative and assertiveness.
You live the holistic care approach and work constructively, collegially and trustfully on a professional and social level with all neighboring areas or specialists.
You are characterized by pronounced analytical and structured thinking and have experience in managing complex tasks.
You have fluent German and English language skills in speech and writing.
