Compliance Coordinator – TMGOnsite – Las Vegas, NV
About Us:
GMTCare is a mission-driven provider of non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services, dedicated to helping individuals with diverse mobility needs access safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation. Since our founding in 2009, we’ve grown rapidly across Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico, improving lives and healthcare outcomes one ride at a time.
Our corporate office, Transportation Management Group (TMG), is headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, and provides the strategic leadership and operational support that powers GMTCare’s growing footprint. As we continue to expand, with plans to open 6 to 10 new bases annually, TMG plays a critical role in scaling our mission and ensuring operational excellence.
Guided by our core values—Compassion, Attitude, Responsibility, and Excellence ("We CARE")—we’ve built a culture centered on service, integrity, and innovation.
Our commitment to safety and professionalism is reflected in every aspect of our operations, from a state-of-the-art fleet equipped with GPS and powered lifts, to the 80+ hours of training each driver completes before serving our clients.
About the Role:
TMG is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Coordinator to join our team during a period of continued growth.
This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting compliance and regulatory initiatives within a mission-driven, multi-state non-emergency medical transportation organization.
As a Compliance Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping ensure the organization meets applicable regulatory, contractual, and internal compliance requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to track documentation, monitor compliance activities, support audits, and help maintain consistent processes across our operations.
This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with details, following established procedures, and supporting compliance efforts in a structured, fast-paced environment. You’ll gain exposure to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit processes while working alongside experienced compliance and risk leaders who are invested in your professional growth.
At TMG, we value accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. We are committed to supporting employees who want to develop their skills, expand their knowledge, and make a meaningful contribution to a company that prioritizes compliance, safety, and ethical operations.
If you’re looking for an opportunity to build a career in compliance, develop strong foundational skills, and grow with a company that values doing things the right way, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and support compliance with applicable state, federal, payer, and contractual requirements across all operational markets.
Track and maintain credentialing and compliance logs, including licenses, certifications, permits, registrations, expirations, verifications, and supporting documentation.
Conduct internal compliance checks, record reviews, and documentation audits to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, payer standards, and contract obligations.
Validate compliance with contractual and payer requirements by reviewing documentation, operational practices, and record controls.
Prepare compliance reports, nonconformance summaries, audit findings, and corrective action documentation; track follow-up and closure of identified issues.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Dispatch, Training, Safety, Fleet, and HR teams to address compliance gaps and support timely corrective actions.
Oversee and monitor fleet compliance requirements, including leading vehicle conversion, annual vehicle inspections, and ongoing vehicle safety documentation.
Monitor driver vehicle inspection requirements and ensure deficiencies are identified, documented, and addressed in a timely manner.
Track vehicle safety recalls and coordinate follow-up to ensure required actions and repairs are completed and properly documented.
