Remington Seeds in Belle Plaine is looking for a Shipping coordinator / Quality monitor

-Highly organized and detail oriented, a must

- Working with customers directly to set up inbound and outbound loads

- keep an accurate inventory in our system, along with our customers system

· Ensuring a safe work environment around the office

· Providing customers with accurate information regarding seed shipments

· Maintaining complete location production and processing records.

- QA would involve pulling and entering samples per customer request, and monitor the results and update the system

- Doing shakeouts at harvest time

- Help sort and enter returning product in the summer time or field activities

- Be involved with safety and QMS protocols

- Help keep all forms and posted procedures up to date

-Flexible, requiring seasonal changing of roles throughout the year

- Flexibility in working hours depending on the season. During harvest is longer days and on weekends. Shipping season may be longer hours depending on customer demand.

The busy shipping season is usually from November through February. When shipping is not busy, we are looking for someone who is able to help with the QA, safety, & QMS items that are required and also be involved in field activities

Applicant must be 18 years of age and pass a background check and drug screen.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
