• Work with start-ups in the program according to frameworks.
• Monitor business performance of portfolio start-ups and provide industry connections.
• Regularly interact with stakeholders to ensure program performance.
• Mobilize start-up community and reach relevant ecosystem stakeholders.
• Study key sectors and generate insights for internal and external usage.
• Manage internal and external communication and media as needed.
• Maintain relationships with portfolio companies, mentors, and partners.
• Coordinate day-to-day incubator functioning with Admin, Marketing, Design, HR, and other teams.
• Participate in events, seminars, workshops, and coordinate relevant team members.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 2-4 years working experience with start-ups, incubator, accelerator.
• Strong leadership and networking skills.
• Prior experience as a start-up founder or with VC/Angel investment firm a bonus.
• Fluent English, comfortable speaking in front of audience.
