Summary

The Senior Project Manager Show Site applies advanced industry and event production expertise to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, high-profile, and technically sophisticated events. This role serves as the primary show site leader, aligning client objectives, operational execution, and financial performance while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The Senior Project Manager partners closely with Sales, Production, Project Design, Logistics, Labor, and Venue stakeholders to proactively identify risks, drive solutions, optimize efficiencies, and ensure successful delivery of production requirements from contract execution through post-show reconciliation.

This position will support our Audio Visual & Event Technology team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV.

  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale, high-revenue, and technically complex events.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients, venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic consultation to clients regarding production requirements, operational considerations, and execution strategies.
  • Participate in and lead site surveys to evaluate venue capabilities, identify risks, and develop execution plans.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with venue management, service providers, and key event stakeholders.
  • Partner with Project Design teams to align customer objectives, technical requirements, budgets, and operational feasibility.
  • Oversee event pre-production workflows and communications through project management systems and established operational processes.
  • Coordinate with Event Technology Logistics, Warehousing, Digital Services, Streaming Services, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Partner with National Labor and operational leadership to develop staffing strategies that support production requirements and financial objectives.
  • Review and approve event designs, layouts, schedules, and production plans to ensure successful execution.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of labor jurisdictions, venue regulations, safety requirements, and operational best practices.
  • Direct on-site operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client expectations.
  • Lead daily operational meetings and communicate project updates, risks, and changes to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate pre-production, operational, and post-show meetings to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee transportation, logistics, production schedules, and facility arrangements for assigned events.
  • Conduct post-show financial and operational reviews to ensure accurate billing, cost management, and project reconciliation.
  • Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, labor allocations, and project-related expenditures.
  • Analyze project performance and develop recommendations to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Mentor and coach Project Managers, providing guidance on project execution, client management, risk mitigation, and operational best practices to support successful event delivery.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing operational expertise during client presentations, site visits, and proposal development activities.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing customer needs, business objectives, and resource constraints.
