We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workplace Integration (WPI) Data Coordinator to support vehicle launch activities in a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment. This role will coordinate launch data, timing plans, KPIs, readiness metrics, and reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain vehicle launch timing plans, milestones, and program tracking systems.
- Track and report KPIs, readiness metrics, glide paths, and Plan-vs-Actual performance.
- Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate data from cross-functional teams.
- Identify risks, gaps, schedule variances, and recovery opportunities.
- Develop executive-level dashboards, reports, scorecards, and presentations.
- Coordinate WPI processes, meetings, reviews, documentation, and stakeholder actions.
- Support pilot builds, production readiness, launch events, and resource planning.
- Drive reporting automation, process improvements, and Lean initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills; experience with dashboards/data visualization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
- 2+ years of automotive manufacturing experience.
- Experience with vehicle launches, production startup, or launch readiness.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience summarizing complex data for leadership.
