This role oversees grant eligibility assessments and scheme administration while driving process improvements, system enhancements, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Assess applicants' eligibility for national schemes based on established policies, frameworks, and governance requirements.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the effective implementation and administration of grant schemes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing business processes, identifying operational gaps, and developing practical solutions to enhance service delivery and governance.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement system enhancements, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and optimize business processes.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of operational workarounds and process controls to cater to emerging business needs.
- Support strategic and operational projects, as well as other administrative responsibilities, as assigned.
- Degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in back-office or grant administration is preferred.
- High level of integrity, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the community.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and develop practical solutions to operational challenges.
- Meticulous, organized, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team player, with a willingness to learn and grow.
