We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager / Estimator with NYC construction experience.
- Experience with bidding, estimating & quantity takeoffs.
- Ability to read construction drawings/specifications.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam, Excel & project scheduling.
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders & project coordination.
- NYC DOB / Local Law 11 experience preferred.
- Experience in façade restoration, roofing, waterproofing, masonry or scaffolding is a plus.
Candidate should be organized, responsible, and able to manage projects from bidding through completion.

Based on experience.

Salary: $30 – $60 hourly
