Site Manager

Site Manager is a critical part of our management team. The Site Manager will manage a crew of people to complete a variety of tasks. This person will have a direct impact on the quality, safety, and profitability of projects. This is a working position and the Site Manager will operate a variety of equipment. This is a full-time, year-round position.

RW Excavating Solutions strives to provide opportunities to work on a wide variety of projects that help our team members develop a diversified skill set. Site Managers will work on a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to:

• Plan and manage projects to maximize safety, efficiency, and profitability.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working atmosphere.
• Manage a team of 1-10 people.
• Operate a variety of equipment.
• Perform daily maintenance – grease, check fluids, clean tracks, etc.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Be willing to assist with other tasks as they arise.

• A desire to learn and grow.
• Experience is required, but we are willing to train specifics.
• A 4-year degree is preferred.
• Posses a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Transportation to and from the job site.

Heavy Equipment Operator will operate a variety of equipment. This is a full-time, year-round position. RW Excavating Solutions strives to provide opportunities to operate many types of machinery to help our team members develop a diversified skill set. Heavy Equipment Operators will work on a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to:

• Operate a variety of equipment efficiently.
• Perform daily maintenance – grease, check fluids, clean tracks, etc.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working atmosphere.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Provide input with planning and management of projects.
• Provide management of others when required.
• Be willing to assist with other tasks as they arise.

• A desire to learn and grow.
• Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train.
• Posses a valid driver’s license and a means to get to and from the job site.

Construction Laborer will complete varied tasks, as required by the project. This is a full-time, year-round position. RW Excavating Solutions strives to provide opportunities to work on many aspects of our projects to help our team members develop a diversified skill set. RW attempts to develop equipment operation skills for laborers as part of this development. Construction Laborers will work on a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to:

• Perform manual tasks as required.
• Operate a variety of tools and equipment efficiently.
• Assist with daily maintenance – grease, check fluids, clean tracks, etc.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working atmosphere.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Be willing to assist with other tasks as they arise.

• A desire to learn and grow.
• Experience is preferred, but training is expected.
• Equipment experience is a plus, but not required.
• Posses a valid driver’s license and a means to get to and from the job site.
