As our Construction Estimator, you'll prepare budgets, estimates, and proposals for earthwork, retaining walls, and paver unit projects while supporting project planning and construction strategy.

• Obsessed with Accuracy:Perform quality takeoffs and bidding using AGTEK software.
• Built to Analyze:Analyze plans, specifications, and bid documents for earthwork and site development projects.
• Process Driven:Obtain and coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Solution-Focused:Assist with project budgeting, bid strategy, and cost analysis.

• Experience with construction estimating and reading plans/specifications
• AGTEK software experience preferred (or similar takeoff software)
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to precision
