• High-volume exterior work (steady pipeline all season)
• Weekly pay on completed projects (1-week cycle)

• Residential exterior repaints
• Wood, siding, trim, and full exterior systems
• Neighborhood-based production (efficient routing)

• Established painting crew (2–6+ painters minimum)
• Experience in residential exterior painting
• Must have: EIN, General Liability Insurance ($1M–$2M)
• Reliable transportation and equipment:
  Ladders, Sprayers, Basic tools

Must be able to produce efficiently and maintain quality

• Follow scope and production schedules
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and professionalism
• Deliver consistent, high-quality work
• Communicate with Project Manager and team
• Hit production timelines

Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
