We’ve partnered with a well‑established electrical contractor delivering commercial and industrial construction projects across the Western United States.

Due to continued growth in Northern Nevada, the company is seeking an Electrical Project Manager with experience working for an electrical contractor in a union environment.

This role will oversee commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion, managing budgets, field coordination, procurement, RFIs, and contractor relationships.

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with general contractors, field supervisors, and electricians
• Oversee project budgets, procurement, and cost control
• Prepare and track RFIs and change orders
• Review electrical drawings and specifications
• Support estimating and takeoffs using Accubid or Live Count
• Coordinate schedules with field teams and subcontractors
• Maintain strong client relationships

• 3+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects
• Experience working with union electricians / IBEW contractors
• Background in commercial or industrial electrical construction
• Experience with Accubid and/or Live Count preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
