• Monitor daily site activities, conduct quality control inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
• Manage procurement of materials, including glass, aluminum framing, seals, and related components, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee budgeting processes related to labor, materials, and equipment costs; track expenses against project forecasts.
• Utilize construction estimating tools such as Heavy Bid for accurate cost projections and resource planning.
• Supervise subcontractors and team members, providing guidance on work methods and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections using tools like ohmmeters for electrical checks or other relevant testing equipment.
