Sogea Environnement is looking for a:

Conductor of Works F/H in the field of hydraulics.

Your missions:

Technical and budgetary preparation of your projects following the "orchestra" model

Define and ensure compliance with the applicable prevention rules on sites

Participate in the establishment of PPSPS, PAQ and PPE as well as amendments

Make the preliminary arrangements for the start of projects

Participate in the definition of operating procedures

Manage the supervision of the site and the execution teams

Act as the interface with the different stakeholders of the project (client, public administration, design office, control bodies…)

Monitor the activity of the projects under your responsibility

Manage the conduct of the works in compliance with schedules and the safety of colleagues

Manage and ensure the financial and contractual management of the site

Ensure the closure of the works: control of the delivery of the work, final invoicing

Daily, you maintain and develop relationships with external partners (clients, suppliers, subcontractors) and internal partners (site managers, design offices…).

Position based in Bezannes with possible travel to the Aisne and throughout the Champagne Ardenne region.

You have a higher education degree such as an engineer (Bac+5) or an equivalent level BUT degree, and you have at least 5 years of successful experience in this function in the hydraulic or civil engineering sector.

Your interpersonal skills, rigor, organizational skills, and anticipation will ensure success in this position.
