Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform surveillance control in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions (WI) outlined by the company or on the instructions of superiors for the benefit of the company
  • Communicate well with customers.
  • Handle customer complaints well, together with the service coordinator, supervisor, service manager, or with the branch manager.
  • Respond to customer complaints within 2 hours since the complaint is received and take corrective actions within 24 hours from the agreed date.
