Project Manager – Heavy Industrial Construction

Help build something from the ground up.

Colony Construction is growing its U.S. operations, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in that growth.

This is an opportunity to join a company where your work is visible, your decisions matter, and you'll have the autonomy to lead projects without layers of bureaucracy. You'll work alongside an experienced team on challenging industrial projects while helping shape the future of Colony's U.S. business.

If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership, solve problems, and make a meaningful impact, we'd like to meet you.

About Colony

Colony Construction is a General Contractor specializing in industrial and heavy industrial construction. Over the next year, the primary focus will be structural steel and pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) projects, with continued growth into broader industrial General Contracting work.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8–10+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Heavy industrial construction experience.
  • Direct experience managing structural steel and/or pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) projects.
  • Experience leading projects from award through closeout.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, procurement and subcontractors.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and shop drawing review.
  • General Contractor / Prime Contractor experience is strongly preferred.
  • The ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and work on site when required, including rotational schedules for certain projects.
What You'll Be Doing

You’ll lead projects from award through closeout and be responsible for successful project delivery.

Your work will include managing budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, client communication, contract administration, RFIs, submittals, drawings and overall project execution while working closely with field teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget.

Why Join Colony?
  • Join a growing company at an exciting stage of its U.S. expansion.
  • Lead meaningful heavy industrial projects from start to finish.
  • Work with experienced construction professionals in a practical, collaborative environment.
  • Enjoy the autonomy to make decisions and take ownership of your projects.
  • Help build the foundation for Colony's long-term growth in the U.S.
