Play an integral role in providing leadership and direction across construction execution for complex, high‑impact projects or programs. You will ensure that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within or below budget, and in alignment with contractual obligations and customer expectations. This role focuses on translating strategic objectives into clear execution plans, balancing technical, commercial, and operational priorities to achieve consistent and sustainable outcomes.

You

Will Be Responsible For
  • Leading construction execution across one or more complex projects, ensuring alignment with business, production, and organizational priorities
  • Developing and overseeing integrated project plans that translate strategic objectives into practical execution frameworks
  • Driving schedule adherence, cost control, quality performance, and safety outcomes across all construction activities
  • Building a deep understanding of customer objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies to inform effective decision‑making
  • Providing leadership to project teams, including direct and indirect reports, with accountability for performance management, development, and workforce planning
  • Troubleshooting complex construction challenges and implementing practical, results‑oriented solutions
  • Leading organizational project change initiatives, introducing new ideas and approaches to improve delivery performance
  • Collaborating across engineering, project controls, procurement, and construction teams to ensure coordinated and efficient project execution
  • Communicating effectively with senior leadership and clients, presenting complex proposals, risks, and recommendations with clarity and confidence
  • Influencing stakeholders and fostering a cooperative, team‑based environment that drives accountability and performance
  • Supporting the development and continuous improvement of construction systems, processes, and tools
What You’ll Bring To

The Role
  • A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Typically 15+ years of progressive experience in construction, project management, or technical project delivery, including leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing complex, high‑impact construction projects or programs with measurable delivery outcomes
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness, with the ability to align execution with cost, schedule, and performance objectives
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including managing large teams, driving accountability, and mentoring others
  • Advanced problem‑solving skills with the ability to develop tactical plans and lead implementation in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site execution practices, and integrated project delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and client stakeholders
  • A collaborative, participative leadership style that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Advanced understanding of construction systems, processes, and tools, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and guide others
  • Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy while aligning with organizational goals, policies, and project frameworks
