This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll oversee the successful delivery of large-scale energy storage and renewable infrastructure and renewable energy projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You'll play a key role in leading field operations, developing project teams, and driving successful project execution on some of the industry's most exciting energy developments.

• Lead all onsite construction activities for large-scale energy storage projects and associated infrastructure projects.
• Supervise field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and installation teams throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimating, project management, and field teams to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Plan labour, equipment, materials, and construction activities while proactively resolving project challenges.
• Manage site access, civil works, medium and low-voltage electrical installations, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in construction supervision, ideally within EPC, electrical contracting, renewable energy, or utility infrastructure.
• Previous experience delivering Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), commercial solar, or similar energy projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, scheduling, and field operations.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across complex construction projects.
• STS (Safety Trained Supervisor) certification is advantageous.
• Experience reviewing 3D construction models and coordinating project execution is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel or relocate for project assignments across the United States.
