We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Building Materials Inside Sales & Estimator to join our award-winning team.

What You'll Do As a Building Materials Inside Sales & Estimator, you'll play a key role in helping customers successfully complete their projects by:

• Meeting with homeowners, contractors, and builders to understand their project goals and product needs.
• Preparing accurate material takeoffs, estimates, and quotes.
• Selling building materials including decking, doors, windows, siding, roofing, lumber, and other home improvement products.
• Managing projects from the initial estimate through ordering and completion.
• Building long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Using our proven sales process and technology to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborating with an experienced team of building materials professionals to ensure project success.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of building materials and residential construction.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
• The ability to read blueprints and perform material takeoffs (preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn estimating software.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others.

Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
