Tel Com Construction is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of telecom construction underground projects in Camanche, IA. You will lead Foremen and crews, coordinate materials, equipment, and labor, and ensure project milestones are met.
The role requires prior utility construction crew leadership, strong communication skills, basic computer skills including Excel, and the ability to travel locally. A CDL is a plus, and a valid DOT medical card is often required.
