Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM - Overtime:

We are seeking experienced Licensed Construction Superintendents &/or Foremen to oversee and coordinate construction activities at a large-scale data center project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role is responsible for managing daily field operations, supervising crews, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality workmanship throughout all phases of construction.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and trade personnel on-site.
- Coordinate daily construction activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, productivity, and material usage.
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce all site safety regulations and requirements.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients.
- Identify and resolve field issues to minimize delays and maintain workflow.
- Ensure all work is completed according to quality standards and project specifications.
- Track progress and provide regular updates on project performance.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Active Superintendent license or equivalent construction leadership experience.
- Previous experience managing large commercial, industrial, or data center construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
- Experience leading crews and coordinating multiple trades on complex job sites.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with construction documentation and reporting.
- Competitive pay at $67/hour, per diem included

This is a Permanent position based out of Fairfax, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $64.00 - $64.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
