Senior Construction Project Engineer

Join a growing construction organisation delivering large-scale industrial projects across the Western United States. As a Senior Construction Project Engineer
, you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery from pre-construction through completion, working alongside experienced construction professionals to help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This position offers the opportunity to work on complex construction projects while collaborating with project management, field operations, engineering, procurement, and subcontractors throughout every stage of the build.

• Manage assigned construction scopes from planning through project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain project schedules.
• Support procurement activities, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules while helping resolve construction issues.
• Review drawings, specifications, and field work to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Assist with construction planning, permitting, site logistics, and coordination activities.
• Perform site inspections and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) while promoting safe work practices.
• Work closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and field operations to support successful project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or EPC project delivery.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, project controls, budgeting, and cost management.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple work packages simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with field and office teams.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
