Since 2008, we’ve supported veterinarians and livestock producers with ultrasound solutions built for tough, on‑farm environments and are a worldwide leader in bovine ultrasound training.

The Marketing Assistant / Video Creator / Graphic Designer will work collaboratively with staff, dealers, and contractors to perform the following responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit short‑form and long‑form video content (social, training, testimonials, product demos).
• Design graphics for print and digital (ads, flyers, brochures, email, web, trade show signage).
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  , including social media, newsletters, and email sequences.
• Organize and manage the annual marketing calendar
  , including ad schedules, creative deadlines, and asset fulfillment.
• Maintain and update digital platforms (website, You Tube, social media pages) to ensure brand and message consistency.
• Create, catalog, and manage photo/video libraries to support efficient reuse across channels.
• Support product launches with visuals, messaging, and go‑to‑market assets aligned to brand standards.
• Engage with customers online and at events to collect content (stories, photos, testimonials) and ensure relevant, consistent messaging.
• Candidate dependent:
  Travel overnight to trade shows and training events (sales support, creative materials, booth assets; occasional weekend travel required).
• Collaborate with the rest of the Repro Scan staff to provide sales, training and post‑sale customer service.

• Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign/After Effects a plus). Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams

• Previous experience is preferred.
