Today we develop creations along the customer and sales journey – from brand campaigns, product launches to performance marketing: full funnel, digital, impact-oriented.

Our Brand & Creative Studio has the task of designing an unmistakable brand identity and bringing it to life in concepts, campaigns, and communication formats visually and linguistically – for brand experiences that touch and generate growth.

You love good language. Authentic copy with attitude, rhythm, and punch. You want to write texts that move people. And you want to tell insurance in a way that doesn’t sound like insurance?

Then come to our Brand & Creative Studio at AXA.

We are looking for someone who shapes tonality and writes claims, headlines, and hooklines in such a way that they stop in social, carry in campaigns, and deliver in performance.

  • You develop address concepts, wordings, and text systems for diverse projects in the AXA Group: from product and offer campaigns, to brand and business field campaigns, up to sales-oriented performance campaigns in a full funnel approach

  • You work closely with conception, art direction, copy, and motion. Ideas are created with us in exchange, sharpened together, and made better through feedback.

  • Your text concepts, tonality guides, and wordings find use in competitive markets. They serve the media and format developments on various channels (especially social) optimally: attention-grabbing, unconventional, credible, and modern.

  • You develop claims, headlines, hooklines, and copy sequences along the advertising materials of a campaign in the perfect fit to the briefing, target group, and channel.

  • You use generative AI as a sparring partner and source of inspiration to develop variants faster, test new tonalities, and explore bolder wordings.

  • You translate complex topics so that they become understandable, relevant, and emotionally relatable – and clearly distinguish themselves from interchangeable insurance communication.

  • You present and justify your content strategies, concepts, and texts clearly for other disciplines in the team and at the interface in projects. You act as a consultant on text and tonality issues.

  • You develop variants for your texts to enable A/B testing and other testing methods in a targeted manner and optimize the assets in a growth marketing approach on a performance basis.

  • You think text along the funnel: from awareness to prospecting to conversion – and adapt tone, drama, and wording to meet needs.

  • Your texts combine originality with a coherent brand effect that feels like today: you do not just interpret corporate language, you can also challenge it – always in the sense of the brand and target group.

What you bring with you

  • Your text concepts and formulations convince through storytelling, creative excellence, stopping power, and corporate language fit

  • You demonstrate a strong text-based ideation competence and combine this with a fine sense of language. You love clear messages and can condense and sharpen content precisely.

  • You think social-first and understand platform logics, formats, and styles in the digital environment.

  • You already have experience using generative AI tools as a source of inspiration and to increase your productivity and the quality of your texts

  • You are trend-savvy, test new (AI) tools in the text environment, and have a feel for when to jump on the bandwagon

  • UX-writing and A/B-texting competence is a plus

  • You work reliably, proactively, can handle several jobs at the same time, and convince through a results-oriented
