We are looking for a creative Werkstudent, who is eager to produce engaging video content for our social media channels and website trailers together with us.

Where are we looking for you?

Currently, our focus is on the area of Cologne / Düsseldorf.

Our mission:
We redefine local experiences and create a diverse range of courses and events in your city. From creative activities like pottery or painting ceramics to culinary experiences and alpaca walks – there is something for everyone. But what good is the coolest pottery course if no one sees how much fun it is? This is where you come in:
You will be our eye and our voice to the outside!

Your role:

• Content Creation: You will conceive and produce content for our social media channels. You will be in front of the camera yourself, regularly attend our courses and capture authentic experiences.
• Content Editing: You will independently edit image and video material (e.g. in Cap Cut or Premiere) and prepare it for different formats such as posts, reels or stories – including suitable captions.
• Storytelling: You will develop creative concepts with us that make our brand emotionally experienceable and encourage sharing.
• Content Planning: You will support us in planning our content calendar, monitor trends and develop new, target group-specific ideas.
• Community Management: You will support us in managing our social media accounts and actively engage in dialogue with our community.
• On Tour: You like to be on the move – whether at our courses on site or at special occasions such as a store opening in another city. You bring a certain willingness to travel.

Where you work:
Your fixed point of contact are our HUB locations in Cologne and Düsseldorf. For shooting and attending courses, you are on site, when it’s time to edit, you can do it flexibly from home.

What you bring with you:

• Enrolled student: You are enrolled during the entire period of activity (requirement for the work-student position).
• Social Media Expertise: You ideally have first experience in the field of social media & content creation and are well-versed in Instagram, Tik Tok & Co.
• Souverän in front of the camera: You are open, actively approach people and like to conduct interviews or speak spontaneously with participants.
• Content Creation & Editing: You have experience in creating and editing image and video material.
• Willingness to travel: Occasional assignments outside your HUB (e.g. store openings) are no problem for you.
• Way of working & mindset:
