Based in Northeast Iowa, we specialize in screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-garment printing, promo products, signs, and online merch stores.

As our Creative Specialist, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into reality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing custom artwork for apparel, promotional products, and signage that aligns with client needs and brand guidelines.
• Collaborating with customers, sales representatives, and production teams to ensure designs are accurate, creative, and production-ready.
• Preparing and optimizing files for various production methods, including screen printing, embroidery, and direct-to-garment printing.
• Staying up-to-date on design trends and techniques to continually improve the quality and creativity of our offerings.
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• 2 days per week, 8 hour per day to start

We’re seeking a creative professional with:

• At least 1 year of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in vector design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both clients and team members.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality designs.
• The ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
