Product Designer

• Act as a customer advocate, ensuring the digital experience aligns with user needs and expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to conceptualize and design solutions
• Responsible for the design process from research and discovery through wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and developer handoff.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Conduct usability tests and gain an in-depth understanding of our products and customers
• Create highly interactive prototypes using AI and cutting edge designs using Figma
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to deliver high-quality customer experiences from concept through launch.
• Partner with the Product team to measure the success of design solutions using customer feedback and product metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve our user experience strategies

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
• Experience designing complex web applications or SaaS products.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Fig Jam and other product design software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and measurable business or customer outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly designs
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Self-driven with a commitment to understanding our product, our customers, and the nuances of the industry.
• Using AI tools such as Claude Code in the design process for fast iteration (Preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing industry (Preferred)
• Experience designing products for manufacturing, engineering, CAD, industrial software, or other complex technical applications is preferred.

Demonstrates expertise in Product Design and UX/UI Design, with a strong focus on user-centered design principles and the ability to create intuitive, user-friendly designs. Proficient in utilizing design tools like Figma and Fig Jam to deliver high-quality customer experiences in complex web applications and SaaS products.
