Musical/Drama Assistant - PCM Middle School
Yearly stipend - $1235/year
PurposeTo provide leadership, supervision and organization of a specific student activity and to carry out the objectives of the program.
Qualifications- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Assist director with casting, rehearsals, and overall production planning.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff about rehearsal schedules and expectations.
- Help manage backstage operations to prepare students for technical rehearsals and performances.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional rehearsal environment.
- Supervise students during rehearsals and performances to ensure safety and discipline.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as script distribution, attendance, program creation, and show publicity, as needed.
- Mandatory Reporter Training-child abuse
- Other district-required trainings
- Must pass comprehensive background check
