• Plan, film and edit professional video for provider education, patient testimonials, service-line campaigns, social media, website, OTT/CTV and internal communications.
• Produce photography for providers, departments, facilities, events and campaign storytelling.
• Create short-form vertical video/Reels as well as longer-form educational and brand content.
• Create digital static educational and brand content.
• Develop OTT/CTV-ready video creative and multiple cut-downs/versions from core campaign footage.
• Support podcast recording and production, including camera, lighting, audio, editing and repurposing clips for digital channels.
• Partner with providers and staff to make filming efficient and comfortable; develop interview prompts, shot lists and production plans.
• Support employee/internal communication videos in coordination with the Internal Communications Leader.
• Maintain a searchable multimedia asset library, B-roll library and organized archive with appropriate releases/permissions.
• Repurpose one content capture session into multiple assets for social, web, email, paid media and internal use.
• Monitor evolving video/content best practices and recommend creative approaches suited to each platform and audience.
• Coordinate production schedules with the Marketing Manager and Marketing & Creative Strategist so priority campaigns receive assets before launch deadlines.
• Maintain equipment and recommend future video, photography, audio and production needs.

• Degree, certificate or equivalent professional experience in video production, multimedia, communications, digital media or related field.
• Demonstrated portfolio showing videography, editing, composition, lighting and audio skills.
• Proficiency with professional editing and creative software; ability to efficiently produce both polished long-form and fast-turn social content.
• Strong storytelling and interviewing skills; healthcare or regulated-industry experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots, deadlines and stakeholders while maintaining organized files and assets.
• Comfort working with physicians, employees and patients in clinical and workplace settings.
