Location: Nevada
Aras Corporation is seeking a customer-focused professional based in the United States to ensure the successful adoption of the Aras Innovator platform. You will be the trusted advisor for Aras subscribers, responsible for driving adoption efforts and facilitating support escalations. The role requires 5+ years of experience in customer success and a degree in Engineering or a comparable field.
You will also work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to support customers. Fluency in English and French, as well as willingness to travel, are essential.
