Accor recherche un(e) réceptionniste pour son établissement Mercure Plaza République à Lyon. Le candidat devra assurer un accueil chaleureux et efficace, gérer les check-in/check-out et répondre aux demandes des clients, tout en maintenant la qualité des services.
Nous recherchons une personne maîtrisant l'anglais avec un excellent sens du service, des compétences en informatique, et capable de travailler en équipe. La rémunération est conforme au Niveau 1 échelon 3 et des avantages sont offerts.
