Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and clarity.
Provide accurate information about our insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy changes, claims processing, and general account management.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Identify opportunities to offer additional support or solutions to customers.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.
A friendly and patient demeanor.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
