Customer Service Associate ($300 sign on Bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and create an exceptional first impression.
• Educate guests on single wash, upgrades, and membership packages.
• Offer and Sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships.
• Offer and Sell BLISS Single Wash Packages and Upgrades.
• Process payments.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded safely onto the conveyor.
• Prepare the vehicle within company guidelines.
• Provide excellent service for a great guest experience.
• Maintain safe and clean work areas.
• Perform after-hours site cleaning as scheduled.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Follow directions and exercise good judgment.
• Follow company safety protocol.
• Be a team player.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Combination of car wash, retail, and guest service industries preferred but not needed.

Knowledge:

• Maintain highest level of service.
• Adapt to high-volume retail in a team environment.
• Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Demonstrate improvement through training.

Skills:

Build great relationships with guests and co-workers through communication and follow-through.

Work Schedule:

Full-time & Part-time employees that can work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Reporting Relationships:
Reports to the Site Manager.

Working and

Environmental Conditions:

• Mostly outdoors, sometimes indoors.
• Exposure to fumes, cleaning solvents, heat, cold, humidity, noise, vibration.

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand or walk for long periods.
• Operate all related equipment.
