Guest Service Representative at Ritz-Carlton vibes, but for dogs. If you have main character energy and believe every dog deserves a red-carpet experience, you’ve found your dream role. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our luxury pet hotel. Think high-end hospitality meets peak puppy energy.
The Tea (What you’ll be doing):- VIP Reception:
You’re the face of the brand, giving every pet parent a “wow” experience and making every pup feel like a celebrity. - The Check-In Flex:
Handling reservations, taking payments, and managing pet profiles in our system like a pro. - Content Creator:
Assisting with social media posts because if the dogs aren't on the grid, did they even stay here? - Hands-On Hospitality:
It’s not just desk work! You’ll be taking custody of pets, feeding/medicating our guests, and providing elite playtime and “potty breaks.” - Tour Guide:
Showing off our gorgeous facility to new clients with signature salesmanship personality.
- Free Doggy Daycare:
Bring your pup to work as a VIP for FREE – ditch the home alone guilt and let them live their best life while you’re busy having yours. - Stay Fueled:
Free snacks and coffee on deck to crush that mid-day slump. - Level Up:
We provide awesome training and K9 Resorts certification – no gatekeeping here! We want to see you level up. - Employee W’s:
Score major deals on all our services – employee discounts that are a total win for you and your pup. - The Squad:
Work with a lead team that actually has your back and owners who are literal vibes.
- The Rotation:
Pups need love 365 days a year, so we do work weekends and holidays – but we keep it fair with a rotating schedule. We tag-team the shifts so you still have time for brunch and family dinners. - Skills:
High School diploma required. We’re happy to train the right person – just bring the energy, hospitality mindset and willingness to learn. - The Vibe:
Professionalism with a welcoming personality and confident communication.
If you’re 18+ and your personality is basically “the one who remembers everyone’s dog’s name and your superpower is making both humans and dogs feel welcome,” we should talk.
