Cross Sound Ferry Services, Inc. in New London, CT is seeking a Seasonal Call Center Reservation Agent to handle reservations and deliver friendly service by phone for travel between New London and Orient, NY, plus Block Island trips and Lighthouse Cruises.
Starting pay is $18.00/hr the position is part-time with more hours in the summer and requires excellent communication and basic computer skills; call center experience is preferred and weekend, holiday, and evening shifts are expected.
