Front Desk Associate Responsibilities

• Operate a switchboard telephone system, routing phone calls to the proper departments.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries while providing excellent customer service.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and teammates.
• Work with department managers on a daily basis.
• Other administrative duties as assigned, including office work and data entry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while multitasking.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check prior to employment.
